When you first enter Drift Hunters, take some time to become comfortable with the controls. Don't immediately focus on earning huge scores. Instead, practice accelerating, braking, steering, and controlling the car while it is sliding.  Your first goal should be learning how the vehicle behaves when the rear tires lose traction. Once you understand how the car responds, drifting becomes much easier to control.
